-Provide the planning, implementation, and coordination of FTTx projects.
-Planning, selection, upgrade, and evaluation of the networking equipment used in the
PTN networks.
-Support customer care teams as their requirements to fulfill customer’s satisfaction.
-Support Condo team for FTTB and related projects.
-Co-operate with M&E team for battery replacement process in OLT sites.
-PTN & OLT Onsite installation supervisions, remote handling.
-Align with logistic team for FTTx Projects procurement processes.
-FTTx ODN design and planning.
-Testing & Maintain FTTx network with instruments (otdr, power meter & light source)
-Planning for PTN site integration & Migration.
-Leads, monitors, and supervises related teams to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the department.
-Perform engineering work in the System Planning area which requires originality and judgment in the technical analysis and independent evaluation, selection and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria.
-Drive the teams to perform at their optimum.
-Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
-Support other cities team members as their requirements.
