An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • F2F Manager will be responsible for handling a branch office and an on-roll team of 20-30 Life Planning Officers (LPOs).
  • Recruit, and provide training to the LPOs.
  • Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning execution of LPOs.
  • Motivate and coach the LPOs to sell life insurance and protect customers.
  • Achieve assigned annual target of the team by driving LPOs effectively.
  • Will be reporting to the Head – F2F Channel.
  • Building good relationship with Officer and Staff of Educational Institution.
