လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

Manage the day-to-day operations of facilities including maintenance and repair work as needed.
Supervise and monitor new facilities or major facility renovations
Prepare the report and presentation to Head of Facilities Management weekly/ monthly.
Create the detailed drawings and record of documentations.
Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations
Oversee leased property, respond to tenant issues, ensure contract requirements regarding building maintenance are met.
Any other duties & responsibilities are assigned by Management.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor's degree in (mechanical, electrical) engineering, or equivalent is desirable.
At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of MEP system.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Project management skills.
