  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of factory workers to meet production schedules.
  • Monitor machine operations and workflow to ensure smooth production.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Train, guide, and motivate workers to improve performance and maintain discipline.
  • Support factory manager in planning production schedules and resource allocation.
  • Identify and report maintenance needs of machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Resolve conflicts, handle worker grievances, and maintain a positive working environment.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in factory supervision or production operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control.
  • Must have at least 7 years of work experience in a supervisory or managerial position related to factory/plant operations.
