WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

The role will be responsible for assisting the maker and packer machine operate at excellent condition with high efficiency  by conducting regular cleaning and perform minor troubleshooting whenever is possible. Deliver finish products in timely manner with good quality, low cigarettes reject and low cost. Ensure the raw materials using are accurate according to product specification and finished goods produced are in good quality.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure to perform the case packing and tobacco feeding as per the procedure and assist machine operator to operate the machine with high efficiency and good product quality.

• Ensure to assist by cleaning the machinery equipment during the preventive maintenance and IICI cleaning.

• Perform cleaning to the Make/Packer lines, machine areas and operator's working station.

• Assist on new equipment set up and equipment re-layout and relocation when required. Assist on preventive maintenance, improvement program  and IICI program.

• Assist in the implementation of EHS related projects/activities related to machine and equipment by ensuring required works are being performed according to JTI standards, specifications and meeting local regulation and requirements.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

• Middle - High School Student or higher

• Preferably working experience in factories
• Basic knowledge with Make Pack operation with set KPIs, IICI (beetle prevention and execution), EEHS, 5S3R
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (day shift / night shift)
