-Execute the achievement of assigned DT's Visibility score and yearly growth objective in territories assigned.
-Improve efficiency of display & monitor merchandiser & delivery and explore new opportunities to get more display.
-Design and implement activities to drive both indoor and outdoor merchandising.
-Inspect PS shops and PS display incentive and report to FEG Manager whenever there are problems or regulations breakdown and do daily visibility report to DT.
-Manage agency operations shop sign and stand POSM warehouse RAW Teams.
-Be a mentor or coach who can train & develop DT merchandiser team's skills and competencies.
-Plan & execute visibility opportunity to drive a display of all coverage outlets & new ones.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Any bachelor degree or higher in any field.
-Minimum 3 years of working experiences in Sales Force or Merchandising in FMCG industry.
-Willing to "Relocate" and "Travel".
-Good supervisory, communication & discipline.
