Responsibilities

Timely processing & update of supply chain costs in SAP Prepare activity/ rate calculation for supply indirect, warehousing and freight
Account track and report for importer costs
Analyze and report all variances impacting supply chain profitability
Review the transfer pricing/ costs charges by concerns & 3rd party suppliers
Assist in the monthly close/ accruals/ reconciliation and perform appropriate reviews
Related to product and supply costs
Monitor & report slow moving and obsolescent stocks
Co-ordinate & forecast key supply chain cost drivers that impact the financial catch-up
Implement improvements in inventory management; standard costing; month end cost closing and reporting
Provide accurate and timely costing information and analysis to drive budget tracking & costs control
Assist finance director to manage annual budgeting of SC components including supply indirect
Provide finance business partnering to the supply chain team (make, source, plan & deliver)
Develop savings & profit targets/ KPIs in line with business objectives and action standards
Provide financial input to supply chain projects
Identify key areas of opportunities and improvement gaps

Requirements

Bachelor degree in related professional field
At least 5-year experience in Finance, Management accounts preferable in a Multinational company
Highly numerate and analytical and understanding of supply chain principles
Good command of English and Computer literacy
Able to work at the Factory, located at Shwe Pyi Thar Industrial Zone.
