  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
  • Must be accurate, has a high attention to details, integrity and endurance with high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
  • Produce periodic reports on the performance of business initiatives and adherence to budgets.
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
  • Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  • Manage, guide and lead members to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.

  • At Least 10 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager.
  • Proficient user of finance software.
  • Be a graduate with B Com, or any graduate with ACCA Part 3 (more preferfable CPA)
  • Office skill and Knowledge of ERP Software.
  • Excellent analytical and reproting skills.
  • Strong Understanding of accounting theory.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
  • Needs to have the personality of proactive,not the reactive
  • Good knowledge of local accounting and tax requirements
  • Good planning skills,target oriented and detail minded with strong sense of challenging spirit.
  • Team Spirit and Business ethics.
  • Strong interpersonal,communication,reporting and presentation skills.
