  • Preparing and analyzing monthly /yearly financial reports & statement 
  • Annual budgeting and forecasting 
  • Various kinds of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting  
  • Handle annual audit/tax reporting 
  • Cashflow planning and management  
  • Work collaboratively with other operational teams to achieve shared goals 
  • Supervise junior staff’s daily work 
  • Other ad-hoc assignment as required

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting 
  • LCC-3 and/or ACCA 2 or above 
  • 8-10 years working experience 
  • Previous working experience in foreign company and Property/Leasing management field will be advantageous 
  • Honest, hardworking and positive working attitude 
  • Computer Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SQL, MYOB etc. 
  • Proficient in English
