Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Finance Manager to join our growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial planning and analysis, and ensuring the company's full compliance with all relevant regulations in Myanmar. This role is critical to the financial health and strategic direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash
Flow) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Develop and deliver insightful management reports for the senior leadership team.
Budgeting & Strategy:
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Analyze financial performance, comparing actual results to budget and providing
variance analysis.
Conduct sales and segmentation reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and plans.
Compliance & Statutory Needs:
Ensure full compliance with Myanmar's accounting standards, taxation laws, and other
statutory requirements.
Manage all aspects of corporate taxation and liaise with relevant government
departments.
Managing corporate and commercial tax matters like calculation, filing, and compliance
with local regulations.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulations related to foreign investment in
Myanmar.
Operations Management:
Oversee and manage the payroll process and related HR systems.
Design and manage employee commission and bonus structures.
Implement and manage effective cash collection and accounts receivable processes.
Implementing and maintaining accounting systems, performing detailed reviews of
ledgers and reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.
Overseeing the entire general accounting function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity
of financial records, and managing the preparation of financial statements.
