လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

  • Daily truck assigning and planning for the next day
  • Monitoring the jobs and recording proper documents and data updating in FMIS
  • Controlling, determining and checking all the truck petty cash before updating into the FMIS
  • Assisting truck drivers in selecting the containers at the empty container depot
  • Giving own and outsourcing truck cost calculation to the sales team when they request
  • Analyzing monthly the fuel consumption of all KM trucks and reporting to the (Assistant) Manager
  • Solving truck-related complaints from customer
  • Performing the fleet maintenance task activities such as issuing tires and verifying truck needful issues upon truck driver request
  • Liaise with internal departments such as dry port, warehouse, and procurement when required in a timely manner
  • Prepare and report daily truck utilization to (Assistant) Manager
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and update the information to the line manager timely

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree or other related Logistics filed
  • At least 3 years of experience in fleet function and activities
  • Knowledge in port related documents and process flow
  • Able to use Microsoft and interested in using fleet applied software.
  • Good communication skills with all staffs and driver
  • Good knowledge & experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English well.
