လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Establish and maintain/update product specification book
• Monitor the implementation of product specification book
• Establish cold chain policy and monitoring the implementation of it including receiving and
storing of products
• Train, coach and advise the fresh food operations and fresh food buying team on quality standard
• Visit the farm/wet market regularly with fresh food buying team to improve sourcing standard
• Check quality of receiving regularly and give feedback to fresh food buying team
• Check the quality at store floor regularly and give feedback to Ops
• Work closely with Fresh Food MM and Store Manager to align quality standard objectives
• Advise fresh food supplier (direct farm) on pesticide, antibiotics right application
• Advise fresh food supplier on certification (HACCP, GAP, BRC etc)
• Work with third-party laboratory (if necessary) to check residue of hazardous chemical (pesticide,
antibiotics etc)
• Work with third party company (ex: SC Johnson) on sanitation and hygiene program
• Prepare the report and update the management regarding quality standard progress

• Education: Diploma/University
• Specialized Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Understand the Category
• Skills : Negotiation skill, Basic English
• Abilities: Planning, Organizing and Managing
• Personal characteristics: High integrity, team player, detail oriented, willingness to learn
• Professional Certification: Not required
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in fresh food quality standard
