  • Front Office team management (Overall)
  • Handling Internal Escalation Matrix and Third party
  • Monitoring and checking of Network Operation Team performance
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Communicate with Other department to follow up major and critical outages, Reports analysis
  • Governance & management of Amara 3rd party for Infra co, fiber co & ISP co & conducting meeting for network improvement and risk assessment
  • Manage day to day work load for Network Operation team and supervise accordingly.
  • Responsible for overall Network Operation team policy and procedures administration
  • Create and manage Network Opeation team inventories, documentation, reports, and metrics.
  • Responsible for ensuring that there is on-call support and remote support as needed for 24*7.
  • Follow up and support planned activity with Back Office Team, Analyse & Finalize third parties planned activity.
  • Manage and Plan training to educate front office Team
  • Prepare Incident Escalation Matrix and Incident Handling Report as required
  • Make sure the correctness of Front Office team reports
  • Prepare and check SOP & TT Mapping for FO team
  • Check and update Access Restriction Tracker of all Infra companies, RAN Site Database and support required reports for FO team
  • Support Back Office Team to prepare Weekly Reports
  • Governance & Responsible for Reporting Management
  • Responsible and checking network reachability for FO engineers during WFH if in case required
  • Prepare Scope & Process Detailed for Network Operation Team
  • Calculate SLA for Fiber Companies and ISP Vendors on monthly basis

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Degree/Diploma: B.Sc Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and engineering in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years LTE radio experience.
  • Minimum 4 Years Mobile Telecommunications management experience including network performance and NOC FO part handling.
  • Team of 10-12 person leading capability.
