• Keep fixed asset’s original ownership documents and listing in corporate asset register
• Supporting and facilitate the completion of reports
• Ensure that there is a complete and accurate record of all documents and records and that they are archived properly
• Organise meetings with relevant attendees as needed
• Keep a complete record of all Corporate and Enterprise events
• Plan and organize for seasonal religious events
• Organise Annual Board Meeting and Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Prepare for annual business report to BOD and present
• Check for and process all incoming mail
• Bank relation: serve for Management cash transaction deposit and withdrawal
• Perform external correspondent duties as required
• Facilitate properties (personal apartment) of Management and other businesses affair external process related with agencies, government offices\
• For Management’s appointed external relation processes, action follow up and report in time
• Sharing of information with the Group and Enterprises on any changes to laws and rules & regulations
• Collect all Company Secretariat data accurately and record all Company Secretariat data
• Attend and participate in regular meetings to discuss Group Strategy and how Company Secretariat can contribute
• Attend and participate in regular meetings to discuss and share knowledge on Company Secretariat matters
• Actively participate in the Group Strategy Management process of Daily Flash / Monthly Dashboard / Quarterly BSC reports and meetings)
• Ensure all Company Secretariat Project, Plan and Programs are on time and on budget
• Work with Company Secretariat team to identify improvements to overall operations
• Follow up with Company Secretariat team to ensure that any improvements to operations have been implemented
• Action follow up for Management’s direct instructions
• Management’s domestic and oversea trip plan arrangement (visa processes, flight & hotel reservation)

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Education Level of Bachelor Degree or higher.
-Experience of minimum 5~7 years in managerial role
-Must have demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
-Result oriented with high integrity in management.
-Pleasant personality and excellent communication.
-Good command of English is a must.
-Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work with their procedures.
-Ability to motivate team and simultaneously manage several tasks
-Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power-Point, Using Internet & E-mail).
-Able to work with flexibility and under pressure.
