Responsible to consistently and profitably meet car rental quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team.

Allocate the work in the department reasonably and lead the subordinates to complete the relevant tasks

Motivate and manage all departments to meet goals and objectives

Check and monitor daily rental income & expenses to ensure efficiency 

Forecast sales, maintain proper inventory of cars, and motivate the sales team.

Responsible for hiring, training, and monitoring team member performance. Responsible for the resolution of customer complaints and to assist in closings when necessary

Train the sales team on sales methodologies that support established sales targets

Train sales team to become subject matter experts on all vehicle specifications/features and terms and conditions of rentals

Establish sales quotas for each sales representative and provide continuous feedback in order to manage to overall sales goals

Set monthly goals and objectives and communicate with team members. Send monthly goals & objective plan to upper management

Finalizing and checking rental agreements and contracts

Executing advertising and promotional plans

Making monthly report presentation to upper management

Any graduate or associate's diploma.

A proven track record in car rental business would be advantageous.
