Edify is looking for a General Manager for one of our clients which is a public company with main focus on investing and contributing to the modernization of Agriculture supply chain.

Responsibilities:
• Previous operations management experience is essential in the market (especially in YCDC Markets).
• Overseeing day to day operation functions of departments in the market.
• Propose plan to improve office administration
• Establishes policies to ensure adequate management development and to provide for capable management succession.
• Set and monitor all budgets in conjunction to achieve maximum income.
• Good communication cooperates with other organizations, customers, shareholders and government offices.
• Work closely with the Department Heads to manage and deliver for the activities.
• Monitor the effectiveness of business development on the tenants, rental and space available in the market area zone.
• Prepare monthly and annual report, submit to CEO and BOD accordingly

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Management or master’s in business administration.
• More than 8 years experiences in related field.
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
