· Ability to develop and manage budgets and manpower plans.
· Developing new revenue streams within a Waterboom environment.
· Managing meetings and presenting information to a superior.
· Dealing with customer complaints and colleague issues.
· Lead in all aspects of business planning and overseeing and managing all departments.
· A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability t reach with impact strategies.
· Manage budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure.
· Setting and achieving sales and profit targets.
· Analysis sales target and devising marketing and revenue management strategies.
· Maintain service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluation and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action.
Dealing with the general public, customers, employees, government officials with tact and courtesy.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Any graduated. (MBA is more preferable)
- Age between 30 to 45
- At least 5 years experience in general manager or marketing manager position at travel & tour, Hotel management field.
- Oversea experience is more prefer
- Good interpersonal skill and analysis skill.
- Good in English 4 skill and communication skill
