- Operate all internal and customer facting operations of company and site management business.
- These duties include , managing direct and indirect functional operation including sit development marketing ,Leasing and business development , operation ,new sites,Builds ,M&A Accounting ,HR Legal ,in some desciplines (mainly HR,Legal Accounting) the coporate department will involvement in the guidance of the workflow and processes.
-Development new infrastructure build and other telecom infrastructure opportunities for compant to develop .
- Manage the acquisition process,the permitting process,assuring adequate quality control ,cost effectiveness and timelines.
- Manage customer support maintainance and repair teams of operation personnel
- Management the business to comply with approved budjets and to maintain the expected level growth in the market.
- Other duties as assigned
-Help to evolve the local business to take maximum advantage of company considerable backed office personnel and systems to achieve best mix of local effectiveness and overall financial performance
-Provide timely accurate and complete report on the operating condition of the company and make recommendations on areas for improvement to drive cost effcienices or boost revenue.
Interface with HQ Groups to assure compliance with company defined processes and procedures insure there is adequate communication and compliance with key issue
