* Manage staffs, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.

*Ensure full compliance to operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.

*Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.

*Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.

Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English/Myanmar.
• Must be highly organized and able to tackle multiple tasks.
• At least 5 years’ experience in general management fields.
• Analytical skills, good leadership, time management skills.
