Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong 3D design skills to join our team. In this role, you will create realistic 3D mockups for event stages, booths, and layouts, design content for social media and print, and support visual planning for events. You will collaborate with our production and event teams and occasionally visit event venues to take measures and better understand the space. This position requires both technical design skills and a strong sense of visual storytelling for event and marketing purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D designs and realistic mockups for stages, event layouts, exhibition booths, and venue concepts
• Design social media posts, banners, and promotional graphics aligned with brand guidelines
• Support the design of printed materials such as brochures, product specification, and promotion banners
• Work closely with the production and event planning teams to translate ideas into visuals
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Visit event venues to take measurements and understand the space

• Proficiency in 3D design software such as Blender (or similar tools)
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience designing for event environments (stages, expos, booths) is a must
• Knowledge of social media design trends (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Experience in motion graphics/video editing is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
