လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• University Graduate
• Degree/ Diploma in Communications or related field
• (8) years+ Brand experience in Myanmar or Overseas market
• (3) years+ hands on consumer programs implementation and execution experience in Myanmar
• Possess excellent spoken and written English Language ability
• Excellent communications and presentation skill
• Understand consumer's behavior and able adapt to audience and environment
• Well-manner and groomed to represent high quality brand image
• Possess international etiquette and sensitive to different Myanmar Culture
• Team Management- Able to motivate and drive achievement/ success of the Organizational goals/ department goals/ individual goals
• Coach and nurture team leaders and direct report staff
• Willing to extreme frequent travel within the country
