• Identify competitors and prepare SWOT analysis
• Define company position and branding strategy in agriculture business including Unique Selling Point (USP), distribution plans, customer strategies, differentiation

• Lead Sales and Marketing and maintain good relationship with clients
• Set pricing strategy for agri-products with assistance of finance head

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Agricultural related
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Agri business in field of business development, sales or marketing***
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
• Possess leadership and people management
• Able to work independently and willing to travel frequently to customer project sites
• Fluent English
• Welcome local and expat candidates
