  • Develop, implement, monitor and review credit risk framework, policies, standards and guidelines.
  • Strategic Planning of the credit risk portfolio and aligning risks with EFFCL's risk strategy and appetite.
  • Independent evaluation and recommendation of transactional credit risks at the point of origination prior to escalation to approving authorities..
  • Managing portfolio concentration risk, ensuring the portfolio meets regulatory standards and advising strategies to maximise risk-adjusted returns.
  • Drive the implementation of credit risk measurement and management systems and reporting tools.
  • Training and development of all credit personnel.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
  • Professional qualification in Credit Risk Management would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years practical experience in credit origination, appraisal, review and audit in consumer and business loans
  • Experience in Credit Policy and Portfolio Management would be an added advantage
  • Posses strong analytical skills
  • Aptitude for crunching numbers/statistics and  attention to detail
  • Team player with good inter personal skills
  • Confidence & ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff and Senior Management
  • Highly motivated towards continuous professional development
