• To establish and implement procedures, documentation and policies to ensure logistics issues are handled swiftly and cost effectively
• To prepare and lead the negotiation meetings with logistic companies and fleet contractors

• To proactively identify operational problems, project-related issues, changes, variances and contingencies that may arise; facilitate problem resolution with appropriate parties
• To identify, negotiate and finalize logistics partners across the country to facilitate timely & accurate product delivery
• To oversee and support the day-to-day transactions including oversight of transportation, warehousing, and related costs

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Bachelor - Master Degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related degree -      5 -8  years’ professional experience

• Experience in E-commerce
• Experience in Start up is a plus
• Fluent in Burmese and English

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Deep understanding of warehouse and transport operations to enable effective oversight and quick identification of challenge / opportunities
• Retail, Wholesale and Digital Commerce background with proven experience
• Proficient in Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Detail-oriented and with strong analytical skills
• Strong negotiation  skills & problem solving skills
