Accomplishes marketing and organization mission
Leading the team consisting of digital marketing and creative guys.
Developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.
Continuously monitor internal/external trends and keep a close eye on competition in the marketplace.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Prepare a detailed advertising plan, brief the agency & ensure effective implementation of the various components of the plan.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Bachelor Degree. Marketing Degree or Dip. Holder is preferable.
3 to 4 Years experienced in Real Estate fields
Real estate sector, property market and relationship between relevant authorities and stakeholders
Marketing Principles and techniques for Office Tower/ Retail Podium etc.
Digital Marketing
Communication skills and networking
English Proficiency
