Liaise with CEO to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
Plan expansion and growth together with marketing team
Monitor and overseas financials (Cash flow and P&L)
Determine product pricing to balance between market competitiveness and profitability
Prepare outlet operation report on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business management or relevant graduation
Minimum 5 years working experience in Senior Management Level
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Operations sector
Business English is a must
Plaining, reporting and Sales Analytical skill strongly
Strong Monitoring, evaluating and negotiation is necessary
