• Develop and implement home loan guidelines, and procedures and obtain approvals in accordance with Company’s policies.

• Supervise and direct all activities of the Home Loan center and department including processing, quality control, support and fulfillment, and service.

• Refine and enhance operation procedures to ensure focused accountability, productivity, profitability and integrity.

• Interact with team members and industry to resolve complex lending issues, generate business, provide excellent customer service and effective guidelines, and
recommend changes to home loan policy and procedures as necessary.

• Manage the Home Loan portfolio and have responsibility for the portfolio consisting of the high value, and high quality home loan customers.

• Provide a high quality customer service to Home Loan customers to maximize customer satisfaction and develop the strong internal relations.

• Must be able to serve and communicate very well and professional among our company, customers and banks

• Possess sharp business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills (English & Myanmar)
• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
• Familiar with loan origination and underwriting guidelines
• Strong organizational skills with attention to details
• Experience in loan administration and customer services skills
• Market Analyzing, development, testing, marketing, training and launching
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and flexible schedule
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and email, internet skills
• Must have strong presentation skills and customer and clients service skills
• A bachelor degree or equivalent
