  • Business centre office in charge to support company's Singapore operations
  • Responsible for company HR related matters
  • Manage a team 
  • Plan and implement effective training and development.
  • Make sure and well maintain all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Process of interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
  • Follow process of screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
  • Plan and organize interviews and selection events
  • Plan and follow up arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
  • Assist and help applicants to prepare for interviews
  • Perform administrative duties directly related to admin, production or providing services.
  • Develop and manage filling system, developing and executing new administrative system.
  • Keeping the record office expenditure and manage budget, organize the office layout and maintain suppliers.
  • Check, maintain the condition of the office and conserve, arrangement for repair plan if necessary.
  • Organize and arrange events, function, business meetings

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • 5 working days per week (10 hours per day including 1 hour break/meal time)
  • Good english speaking and writting skills
  • Good computer skillsets
  • Positive outlook 
  • Able to manage a team and report direct to upper management
