Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries, payroll processing, benefits administration, and policy enforcement, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Ensure employee adherence to company policies and procedures, including code of conduct, safety regulations, and legal compliance, addressing any violations or concerns promptly and effectively.
Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances, conduct thorough investigations, and promote a safe and inclusive work environment, fostering employee well-being and organizational harmony.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement in retention strategies, facilitating smooth transitions and preserving valuable insights.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field, providing foundational knowledge and skills relevant to HR functions.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR executive roles or similar positions, demonstrating proficiency in HR practices and procedures.
Solid understanding of the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation processes, to effectively navigate various stages of employee management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to achieve shared objectives.
Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including integrity, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, to effectively lead HR initiatives and inspire confidence among team members.
