- SP Gems Co., Ltd is currently looking for the role of HR & Admin Executive .

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Any graduate, preferable with Diploma or Certificate holder in HR management
• Business awareness and management skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information
• IT and numeracy skills, with strong IT skills requires if managing/ operating computerized payroll and benefit systems
• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
• Ability to analyze, interpret and explain employment law
• Integrity and approachability, as manager and staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with you
• Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and Email
• Having minimum two years' experience in same position
• Fluent in English 4 skills
• Age between 25-35 years
