- Bachelor's degree in business administration/ HR management (or) Any bachelor’s degree with professional diploma in business/HR management.
- Age must be between 28 to 35.
- Minimum (6) years of progressive experience in HR and administrative management.
- Strong in manpower planning, recruiting & sourcing plan.
- Good in communication skill, presentation skill & coordination skills.
- Good in English (4 skills) & Proficiency in computer skills.
- Understanding in Myanmar employment act, labor law, and regulations.
- Strong Leadership skills and Administrative skills.
- Ability to deal with local government office.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Able to travel as required.
