A Good Opportunity for ..

+ Maintain accuracy of all systems including HRIS and benefits administration tracking.
+ Assist in development and implementation of departmental goals and personnel policies.
+ Effectively fill open positions in a timely manner.
+ Administer recruiting cycle including: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-employment, new hire paperwork, on-boarding, etc.
+ Ensure departmental compliance with all policies, procedures and standards in accordance with federal and state regulations.
+ Respond to all requests, questions and issues in a timely manner.
+ Create and distribute various reports.
+ Assist in the investigation and resolution of personnel issues.
+ Effectively relay issues and concerns to the Director of People Operations.
+ Remember to have fun.
