Job Descriptions

1. To assist Admin Manager by providing admin support to ensure proper maintenance of office.

2. To manage human resources, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, HR Database.

3. Provide administrative support including data-entry, recording, printing, filing duties and editing documents, keeping stock of stationary supplies.

4. To maintain office management.

5. To carry out the translation and administration process in an efficient manner.

6. To translate and interpret from source language to target language.

7. Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirement

1. Any bachelor degree or any related.

2. Proficient in Chinese and English.

3. Excellent Team Communication, teamwork skills and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to deal with a wide range of cultures and adjust style to meet individual needs.

5. Problem-solving skills.

6. Professional, confident, courteous and helpful.

7. Detail Oriented.

8. Punctual and reliable.

9. Ability to effectively use Computer Software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

(We need total Male 1 post (For KyaukPhyu Region) and Female 1 post (For Yangon))
