- Work normally scheduled days adhering to starting and stopping times. Work overtime as required.
- Conduct pre-employment and pre-bid testing.
- Coordinate Top Performer and Service Award Recognition.
- Handle special employee sign-ups and orientation administration of benefits for hourly associates.
- Complete weekly and monthly Human Resources Reports
- Manage training department to ensure all employees receive comprehensive job training which may consist of classroom and on-the-job training.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အၾကံဳ(၅)ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္။
• အစုိးရရုံးမ်ားသုိ.ဝင္ထြက္သြားလာႏုိင္ျပီး labour lawကုိေကာင္းမြန္စြာသိရွိရမည္။ႊ
• Training and Development အပုိင္းကၽြမ္းက်င္ျပီး TrainingPlan မ်ားေရးဆြဲႏုိင္ရမည္။
• တစ္ႏွစ္စာ Recruitment Plan မ်ားကုိေရးဆြဲႏုိင္ျပီး PayRoll, SSB, Labor law, Income Tax calculation မ်ားကုိ ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာတြက္ခ်က္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
• အသင္းအဖြဲ႔အားဦးေဆာင္ႏုိင္ျပီးေပါင္းသင္းဆက္ဆံေရးေကာင္းမြန္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
• MS Excel ကၽြမ္းက်င္ျပီး အထက္လူၾကီးအား Report တင္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
