Job Responsibilities
• Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and department feedback.
• Coordinate and organize internal and external training programs, workshops, and orientations.
• Prepare training schedules, materials, attendance records, and evaluation forms.
• Monitor and track training attendance, employee development progress, and training KPIs.
• Maintain T&D databases, training records, and documentation.
• Support onboarding programs for new employees.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
• Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and departments for smooth training delivery.
• Support HR projects related to employee engagement and development.
