- Responsible for attracting, motivating and retaining the most qualified talent by directing the HR function and Policy of organization
- To do updating, creating all HR policy and procedure to complying with government labor law

- Any graduated
- Must be 4-5 years of professional experience in handling HR tasks in supervisory (or) management level
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
- Multi-tasking skill and good analytical skill
- Good communication and people skills
