Qualifications and Education Requirements- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development, advanced degree (MBA) is beneficial.- At least (3) years related position of experiences in Garment Human Resources Management with strong commitment.- Specialized training in Labor law, compensation, organization development. - Good communication and coordination skills.- Good English skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Power Point)
