Department: Human ResourcesReporting to: Managing Director / CEOLocation: [Pabedan Township] Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives. Handle recruitment and selection processes – job posting, interviewing and onboarding of employees. Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave and employee information. Manage monthly payroll, including salary calculation, benefits, allowances and bonuses. Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to evaluate and improve staff performance. Organize training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and productivity. Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labor Laws, SSB, and taxation regulations. Foster a positive work environment, mediate conflicts, and maintain harmonious employee-management relations. Promote a positive organizational culture that encourages teamwork, employee engagement and motivation. (Optional) Oversee some administrative functions, such as office supplies, maintenance, and procurement, if required.

Education:o Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field).o Diploma or Certificate in HR Management is an advantage.Experience:o Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or related fields.o Experience in Trading & Distribution or Medical / Dental industry is preferred.Skills & Knowledge:
o Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and HR best practices.o Proficient in Payroll, Attendance and Performance Management Systems.o Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).o Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.o Able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).Personal Attributes:o Highly organized and detail-oriented.o Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.o Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
