5-8 years experiences in HR fields (Proven work experiences as an HR Manager in Trading).
Good in English 4 skills
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
Prepares for new employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees, and discipline employees
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies
Maintains and implement the company’s mission, vision, value and culture.
Encourages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Recording the human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Conducting new employee Orientation for new employees and Exit interview for resign employees.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Must be graduated(Preferable MBA specialize with HRM)
Must have diploma of HRM
Must have knowledge of global wave finger print software
Must have at least 5 years experiences in HR fields
Must have experiences in organizing with employees, good communication skills and good employees relation skills
Good knowledge of Myanmar labor laws (especially in construction & Trading fields)
