• Implement and manage all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation and employee administration
• Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures, employee handbook and employee forms
• Manage the recruitment process including posting, recruiting, interviewing and hiring for opening positions
• Coordinate all leaves of absence according to the labor law
• Supports management by providing human resources advice

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Need to work in Hlaing Thar Yar or Shwe Pyi Thar Industrial Zone
• Any Bachelor Degree but prefer more from business background or HR Diploma/Certificate
• At least five years of experience in management field
• Strong Knowledge in Myanmar Labor Law
• Able to speak English fluently
• Must be familiar with Microsoft application and internet & email
• Must have cooperative skill to communicate with other departments
