  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions with focuses on Recruitment and selection, 
  • Compensation and benefit, Learning and development, Health & Safety, and Performance 
  • management. 
  • Participate in various HR projects such as employee engagement exercises, management 
  • trainee programs, employee satisfaction surveys, etc. 
  • Conduct staff orientation and exit interviews. 
  • Employee relations specialist acts as a liaison between employer and employee, overseeing 
  • employee relations. 
  • Involve receiving and effectively handling employee complaints, escalating these complaints 
  • to the level of disciplinary or legal action. 
  • Doing other tasks that Management might assign.

  • Any graduated.
  • Diploma or international certificate of HR Management.
  • At least 3 years experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and service mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
