  • Review and solving daily operation issues

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrices

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor of Degree in Business Administration (or) HR Diploma (or) related field( Master’s degree preferable)
  • 5-7 years of hand-on experience in human resource management and administration
  • Excellent in MS Office and management skills and reporting skills
  • Must be good interpersonal skills and negotiation skill and able to build and maintain good relations
  • Able to travel and go outside
  • Good in English 4 skills
