  1. Ensure a safe working environment to comply with all aspects of operational safety and procedures.
  2. Prepare the training and recruitment budget for companies and also the HRD departmental budget.
  3. Prepare the manpower plan for companies and take approval.
  4. Make sure that the subordinates understand their roles & responsibilities.
  5. Evaluate, control, motivate and direct the subordinates to ensure that they perform to their optimum level with cost effectiveness.
  6. Take the duty to communicate with the external parties for outsources training and recruitment.
  7. Monitor the recruitment processes and training and development processes.
  8. Communicate with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
  9. Prepare reports and present the HRD’s monthly report.
  10. Responsible for the staff development of all staff.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in HRM Diploma).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in  HR Developement, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of HRD systems, employee engagement, and training management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
