Dealer Development:
Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers/distributors in line with the company’s growth strategy.
Evaluate potential dealers’ financial strength, infrastructure, and market reach.
Monitor dealership compliance with company standards in sales, service, and branding.
Develop dealer incentive schemes and support programs to improve engagement and performance.
Business Development:
Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities with fleet operators, institutions, and financing partners.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.
Develop and execute regional expansion strategies to maximize sales potential.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and local market activations.
Performance & Relationship Management:
Set and monitor dealer sales targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Regularly review dealer performance through KPIs such as sales volume, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
Build long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts to strengthen loyalty and business continuity.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare monthly dealer performance reports, market insights, and competitor benchmarking.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service) to ensure smooth dealer operations.
Recommend strategies for improving market penetration and revenue growth.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
*Bchelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, dealer development, or business development in the automotive or related industry.
Hands-on experience in managing dealer networks, channel sales, or B2B business growth.
Strong exposure to 3-wheeler, 2-wheeler, or commercial vehicle industry is highly desirable.
Fluency in English and local language.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
