A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist with development of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) mapping and testing of system integrations, ensure all errors are investigated and resolved.
  • Develop user manual and end-user training on new processes and functionality as needed.
  •  Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Prepares reports of data results.
  • Other administrative tasks such as scheduling and documenting meetings, maintaining task logs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related job role. Prefer with strong experience in HR related Software.
  • ·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Power BI and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Must ave business communication in both Myanmar and English.
