1. Prepare the safety, health and environmental plan
2. Carry out the day to day HSE departmental operations and contribute to the implementation of effective Environmental, Health & Safety
3. Control and monitor the result of safety audit in order to resolve with the related department
4. Implement HSE systems into the plant like work permit system, Risk assessment, HAZOP, Fire Hazard Management, First Aid etc
5. HSE Trainings need identification, preparation of training calendar, conducting training, maintaining record and analysing training feedbacks.
6. Review accident investigation process by creating the guidelines regarding prevention for recurrence accident
7. Create fire drill and immigrate plan with the safety committee
8. Control and check the preparation and send the related report to government and represent the company to provide information
9. Monitor the operation to follow the integrated management system control
10. Encourage and create safety health and environment in work conscious mind
11. Impel and coordinate with Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), IFC performance standards and compliance
12. Assist Director (Environmental and Occupational Health) in all tasks relating to Environmental and Occupational Safety Management
13. Implement an emergency response procedure and contingency plan to respond and prevent or mitigate emergency situations and accident effectively and timely manner
14. Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Safety Standard (JSS)
15. Control the conscious mind of quality, environment, health and safety operation and also include energy management to employees

• Any bachelor degree
• Must possess OHS Specialist certificate
• 25 years and above
• 5 years in related business
• Preferably from manufacturing background
• Knowledge about safety laws
