Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments at retail outlets.
Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Organize safety training and awareness programs for employees.
Collaborate with store managers to maintain safe working conditions.
Maintain records related to HSE activities and incidents.
Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in retail, FMCG, or large-scale operations.
Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
Familiarity with Myanmar’s HSE laws and regulations.
