Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments at retail outlets. Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Organize safety training and awareness programs for employees. Collaborate with store managers to maintain safe working conditions. Maintain records related to HSE activities and incidents. Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning.

Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet. Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits. Managing drivers and monitoring driver behavior, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Organize training sessions for drivers (e.g., proper use of machines/vehicles and handling of hazardous material). Maintaining vehicles for deliveries. Ensuring strict vehicle servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules. Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection. Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency. Complying with transport laws and regulations. Resolve problems concerning transportation and customer issues. Utilizing vehicle management systems to ensure the product quality is maintained and the safety of the products is assured, protecting against theft and misuse. Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
