Data analyst (Marketing) role is responsible for collecting and storing data on sales numbers, market research, logistics, linguistics, or other behaviour. They bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design and present it in ways to help people, businesses, and organizations to make better decisions. Key Responsibilities • Establish relationships with other marketing functional teams to meet the analytics needs of the organization • Propose and execute analytical approaches to understand consumer behaviour and answer business questions, surrounding but not limited to consumer segmentation, customer acquisition, cross-selling, retention and etc. • Orchestrate data collection and manage database from internal and external applications or platforms across channels • Develop and apply data mining methods, statistical, predictive and other analytical models for insights generation • Select and manage suppliers of any digital, CRM or other data analytical tools whenever necessary • Collaborate with other data analysts from other department for report productions and other insights delivery initiatives • Strong quantitative skills in data mining, data management, statistical and other data analytic methodologies • Exposure to consumer retail and strong acumen in business strategy, consumer behaviour and customer relationship management • Adapted in communicating data findings/insights with internal business stakeholders as well as management

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Chef to oversee the deli and ready-to-eat operations within our supermarket chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deli, fresh food preparation, food safety, western and local Myanmar cuisine knowledge, recipe development and operational efficiency. This role will ensure that all products are prepared to the highest standards, maintain rigorous food safety protocols, and minimize spoilage and shrinkage. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for monitoring and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all deli and ready-to-eat teams in our stores. Product Preparation, Recipe Development and Quality Control: Oversee the preparation of in-store deli and ready-to-eat products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Work with merchandising team on recipe development for new products Develop and implement procedures to maintain the freshness and quality of products. Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality and consistency of raw materials. • Food Safety and Compliance: Ensure all food safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. Train and educate staff on food safety practices and protocols. • Operational Efficiency: Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize spoilage and shrinkage. Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly. Implement waste reduction strategies and monitor their effectiveness. • Team Leadership and Training: Supervise deli and ready-to-eat team members across all stores. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure staff are knowledgeable and compliant with SOPs. Foster a positive and productive work environment. • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Coach, train and Implement SOPs related to in-store deli and ready-to-eat operations. Ensure consistency in operations and product quality across all stores. Conduct regular reviews and updates of SOPs to incorporate best practices and regulatory changes. • Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints and concerns regarding deli and ready-to-eat products. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve offerings.
- Handling day-to-day transport operational activities - Provide customer support and real time problem solving where necessary - Monitoring truck condition movement report - Works directly and closely across multiple departments to achieve desired results through alignment and good communication with the DC Warehouse Teams - Coordination with fleet suppliers for timely service delivery on time - Monitor and analyze fleet suppliers’ key performance indicators (KPIs) - Directing investigation to verify and resolve fleet supplier and internal customer complaints if have cargo lost and damages during delivery to regional stores - Handling fleet supplier payment process - Managing own fleet for vehicle repair and maintenance - Checking and monitoring fuel consumption and keep record for monthly reporting - Works closely with SCD to develop CMHL’s internal logistics services in line with overall company strategy and growth plans
