Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and product opportunities that can drive private label growth. Manage product specifications, packaging design, compliance, and quality assurance to ensure new products meet regulatory and brand standards. Act as a brand ambassador for private label products within retail operations, supporting store teams to maximize product visibility and sales. Lead cross-functional teams through product launch processes, ensuring timely and efficient execution of new product introductions. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to innovate and improve sourcing, production efficiency, and product quality.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and vendors, serving as their primary point of contact. Develop and implement sales strategies and advertising packages. Understand client objectives and offer suitable media solutions to achieve desired outcomes. Prepare and present media proposals, negotiate rates and finalize partnership agreements. Coordinate with the Campaign Management team to ensure smooth execution of media bookings. Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
