လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Education and certification:

Master’s or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years with Master’s degree or 4 years with Bachelor degree of relevant experience at the national level in providing HR advisory services and/or managing staff and operational systems.
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and experience in handling of web based management systems.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English and Myanmar
Able to relocate to Nay Pyi Taw
