- IT help desk for software, hardware and issues with core banking system and IT technologies
- Develop and review the digital teach business operation of Micro Finance Industry
- Responsible for all the staff under his/her supervision

- Minimum bachelor degree in BA or related (MA/MBA holder preferred)
- 5 year experiences in related capacity and responsibility
- experience in management and implementation of Core banking system for MFI or Bank
- Strong knowledge about digital technology and digital financial service market
